Erika Couture, Founder & President

Erika Couture is a Certified Designer with the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). With over 20 years of experience, she has worked with homeowners to bring their remodeling dreams to life, focusing especially on kitchen and bath projects. Erika’s attention to detail and ability to design for any space, budget, and timeline is at the heart of her work. She is known for her ability to understand her clients’ needs and create spaces that not only look great but are also practical and functional.Erika enjoys the creative process and the diversity of each project. In addition to her work at Inspire, Erika and her husband Joe live in Colchester, Vermont, where they enjoy hiking, gardening, and spending quality time with their three grown children and four grandchildren.

Kerrie Leduc Stanton, Design Consultant

Kerrie Leduc Stanton brings over 25 years of experience in professional design consultation and project management in the building industry. She has worked extensively with hard surfaces and materials and is known for her ability to think outside the box. Kerrie specializes in introducing unique materials to her clients, creating distinctive and innovative designs. She’s passionate about pushing creative boundaries to create spaces that stand out while meeting the functional needs of her clients.
