We work closely with reputable heavy highway general contractors, including Hawkins Construction Co., Peterson Contractors (PCI), Cramer and Associates, Jensen Construction, Ames Construction, United Contractors, and Vrana Construction Co.Our TeamSadler Electric maintains an average workforce of 20 to 40 employees each year. Our office team consists of a senior Electrical Project Engineer/Estimator, two Project Managers, an Accounting Clerk, an Office Manager, a full-time mechanic, and a materials/parts truck driver. In the field, our service and construction department is fully equipped with a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including a service van, digger derrick utility line trucks, bucket trucks with a 60’ reach, aerial telescoping boom lifts, a 40-ton Terex hydraulic crane, and two LoDril Foundation drills. All electricians are licensed journeymen or apprentices in Nebraska and/or Iowa.Commitment to Employee DevelopmentAt Sadler Electric, we prioritize the training and development of our employees. From continuing education for journeyman licensing to certifications in crane operation, rigging, and signaling, we ensure that our employees continuously enhance their skills.
