Bri Smith – Founder & Owner

Bri Smith is the heart and soul of Chic Cleaning Services. With over 8 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Bri’s passion for cleanliness and dedication to helping others led her to start her own cleaning company. Bri founded Chic Cleaning Services to have the freedom to work while being there for her children, and it has since blossomed into a thriving business that serves the Boise, ID area and beyond. Her love for cleaning goes beyond just tidying up spaces; Bri takes joy in creating environments that bring happiness to her clients. She believes that when people come home to a clean, organized space, it allows them to focus on what truly matters—spending time with family, pursuing hobbies, and living a stress-free life.

Bianca – Cleaning Supervisor

Bianca, our Cleaning Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the quality of service our clients expect. Bianca joined Chic Cleaning Services in March 2022 and quickly became an invaluable part of the team. Her attention to detail and passion for cleaning make her an outstanding supervisor. She enjoys the satisfaction that comes from seeing a space transformed from cluttered to clean, and she brings this passion to every job. When she’s not working, Bianca loves to spend time with her family and enjoys barbecuing. Her calm yet productive attitude is contagious, and she keeps the team motivated while maintaining a high standard of work.

BreLee – Senior Technician & Client Relations

BreLee has been a vital part of Chic Cleaning Services since April 2019. Known as Bri’s “right-hand girl,” BreLee is always out in the field, ensuring every job is completed to perfection. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, BreLee has built strong relationships with our clients, regularly checking in to make sure they are happy with the service. Her work ethic and enthusiasm make her a favorite among clients. In her free time, BreLee enjoys watching movies, painting, and attending local festivals and events. She loves cleaning homes because it gives her a sense of fulfillment, knowing she’s helping others live in a clean, organized environment.

Saylor – Cleaning Technician & Lead Trainee

Saylor joined Chic Cleaning Services in October 2022 and has quickly proven herself to be an invaluable asset to our team. She is currently training to become a Lead Technician. Saylor handles a variety of cleaning tasks, including house cleaning and window cleaning services. Her reliability, hard work, and quick learning have made her a trusted team member. When she’s not working, Saylor loves to snowboard, attend concerts, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Cassidy – Cleaning Technician

Cassidy is one of our newest team members, joining Chic Cleaning Services in November 2023. Cassidy’s attention to detail and ability to catch the little things makes her an excellent addition to our team. She takes pride in her work and is always focused on making sure that our clients are satisfied with the results. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her daughter and playing games with her family. Her positive attitude and commitment to quality cleaning have already made her a valuable part of the team.

Hannah – Cleaning Technician

Also joining our team in November 2023, Hannah is a quick learner who has already proven herself to be an efficient and hard-working technician. She has adapted to our cleaning techniques and systems very quickly, and her speed and attention to detail have impressed both the team and our clients. When Hannah isn’t cleaning, she loves to enjoy good music and great movies, making her a fun and energetic team member who brings a positive vibe to every cleaning project.

Amanda – Cleaning Technician

Amanda joined Chic Cleaning Services in January 2024 as a Cleaning Technician. Amanda is committed to continuously improving her skills and asks the right questions to ensure that she’s always growing as a technician. Her positive attitude and quick learning have made her a great fit for our team. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her son and indulging in some of her favorite foods.

Stephen – Cleaning & Window Technician

Stephen came on board in January 2024 as both a Cleaning Technician and Window Technician. He has been learning quickly and fitting in well with the team. Stephen is also in training to become a chiropractor but is passionate about cleaning and enjoys working with our team. He enjoys working out and spending time outdoors during the summer.
