The company started as a home-based operation, with Ira managing the business from his home office and using an International pick-up truck for service.

In 2001, Stewart Lenner, the current owner and CEO, joined Arrow Pest Control after spending over a decade in finance at a large New York investment banking firm. Stewart’s background in finance and business strategy helped propel the company to new heights.

In 2019, Stewart took ownership of Arrow Pest Control from his father. Since then, he has expanded the company’s coverage to most of New Jersey, ensuring that Arrow remains at the forefront of the shrinking number of family-owned, large pest control companies in the state.
